Suction cups draw blood flow into stubborn areas to break up scar tissue and reach deep, knotted muscle and fascia.
Prenatal Massage

Relief for the aches of carrying a baby, with a pregnancy pillow so you can lie face down, plus focused postpartum care after.
Reiki & Energy Healing

Traditional Usui and Universal White Time energy work, on its own or layered into a 90 minute massage. Deeply grounding.
